So, we went through the basics of the most important technique at different levels in the previous intensive. Let's rediscover all knowledge from the inside, apply it to our body, get used to it and add more! Much is devoted to the theory of overlays. Coordination exercises will not leave you indifferent!

INTENSIVE PROGRAM
RECOMMENDED AFTER PASSING PHASE 1 .
These are intensely logically connected and are born from each other organically consistently.
Please do not break this connection, and then learning will smoothly enter your heart.
WAVES
Gentle start with rolling wave-like movements throughout the body, connecting all muscle groups of the back, mobility of the entire spine. Preparing the body for layerings by adding basic elements to the improvised waves.
LEYERINGS THEORY
Probably the most exhaustive layering class in structuring and schematic description. It would seem a million ways, but in fact, even two layers can be changed beyond recognition! There are also some logical thinking exercises.
LAYERINGS WITH COMBINATIONS
This block will take three sessions. It is very interesting and entertaining. It could take longer, but you can do it yourself, having understood the principle. It can develop it in the direction you need. This part is like a kind of game, where we will simulate different combinations with each other. You will love it!
CREATING THE CONTRAST
One of the most technically intense choreography will not leave you indifferent! It stretches over three lessons! Yes, you heard right! Three lessons. There are tons of accents, textures, stories, hand techniques and new turns! In the final lesson, we will learn how to transform the studied material to a new level, where you can express yourself as much as possible!
